CA and NY are my two favorite states but I agree here. CA has the sixth largest economy and NY the tenth largest. Imagine if they funded infrastructure,public transit,healthcare and more. They have the potential to be some of the best places to live in the world.

Public Transportation: I agree with you 💯💯💯💯💯! This country is so "car-centric" it is insane. Not only do they want to treat the public transportation patrons like dirt, they also criminalize one if they decide to hitch hike. Over here in Lawrence Massachusetts, they advertise these cars to a very high priority. The buses here have been free since 2022 and since then, these buses are fully packed with people. Those new faces I see in these buses, have adapted for the meantime, that is until they start charging fares again at the beginning of 2025.

I commend you doing what you can to help yourself. It's damned hard & very painful... and no matter what therapists, there are available, nothing is better than helping oneself. It's very intelligent of you to be walking & working through all your triggers. Good on you.

Walking is good for all ailments. Enables muscular lymph and blood circulation works all muscles and aids digestion. If it's sunny wear shorts and t-shirt to enable vit d absorption to help reduce bad cholesterol.

That is soooo frightening & emotionally painful! And so annoying to live with. When I was 19, for a few years, I experienced something like this. But it was so terrifying that I could not talk about it to any professional. I spoke about it partially & they could never identify the issue. But I didn't have people around me who could understand. Infact I would be chastised, scolded & belittled whenever I was in that state. This made things a lot worse!!! I developed a severe unusual phobia which intermingled with all this & made it so hard to get well. I had to heal myself over the years. The scars are still there & I try so hard to keep myself busy. So, Angelo, I think I sort of understand what you're going through. I send you lots of healing energy.

Feel free to delete this comment if it distresses you aswell First I wana say I came here from Angelo’s mom and didn’t expect such a real heartfelt story ❤ very very very happy surprise As it happens It puts me in a slight state of panic, the severity of said panic changes, usually it was pretty minor, but I get extreme deja vu of a dream (or at least what my brain tells me it was a dream I had) and it’s sometimes hard to distinguish which reality I’m in If I’m in dreamland thinking out reality Or if I’m in reality thinking about dreamland FOR ME it’s not as terrifying, more just confusing and hard to think, like I’m drunk, which can be terrifying when behind the wheel or when at work or social situations Suppress appetite and sleep big time, and the worst is that stress triggers seizures, and for me (and a lot of people) seizures cause stress, and so it just snowballs And I feel that so hard with the thinking like I’ll never be able to do what i did before my diagnosis, and I’ll never be a good roommate, or never gonna get a significant other due to your diagnosis But I talked to a friend of a friend who’s been living with p much my same exact diagnosis for over 40 years and doing great. And that talk helped so much, knowing we all go through the doom and panic and thinking life is over It helps to talk about it, just like I am doing now, and just like this video Thank you man, stay safe ❤
